Don’t worry about a perfect roasted turkey for Thanksgiving. It is difficult and takes up all your oven space. Make your turkey air-fried this year! This is a much easier way to cook your turkey and it produces crisp skin. It is also a great way to have a smaller Thanksgiving.
You won’t get dry meat by cooking only the breast. You will get a tender, juicy turkey with buttery skin. You won’t have to worry about having leftover turkey for several days.
