DIRECTIONS
The oven should be heated to 350°F. Cover a cookie sheet 18×14 inches with the parchment for cooking.
Each cheesestick should be cut into four pieces, making 64 pieces. Cut each dough can into eight biscuits. Divide each biscuit into two layers to make 32 biscuit rounds. Then, flatten each round of biscuit into a four-inch circle.
Put 2 two pieces of the same kind of cheese in the center of each of the rounds. Fold edges upwards and place over cheese. Press firmly to close. Utilizing the photo as a reference to, put the biscuits in a random order by various cheeses, seam side down, and next to one another in a tree-like pattern on a cookie sheet, beginning with the trunk and moving towards the top.
In a small bowl that can be microwaved in a bowl, microwave butter covered at high for 30-to-60 seconds or till the butter is melted. Add spice powder for garlic and Italian seasoning. Apply the mix on top of the biscuits. Bake for 29 to 33 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and are no longer moist in the middle.
Sprinkle with Chives. In a small bowl that can be microwaved, place pizza sauce in the microwave covered with chives for 60 to 90 seconds, stirring in between until heated through. Serve biscuits stuffed with cheese and pizza sauce.
Be sure to secure seams in order to prevent cheese from bubbling on the outside of the biscuit dough. Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese makes a lovely garnish prior to serving.
