Ingredients in Baked Feta cheese and Tomato Pasta
Two Servings:-
- 1 1/2 cups penne pasta, boiled
- Extra virgin olive oil, 4 tablespoons
- Salt as required
- Oregano, 1/2 teaspoon
- 200 gm cheese- feta
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 10 cloves garlic
- Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
- 1/2 tablespoon chilli flakes
How to bake Feta cheese and tomato pasta
Step 1: Preheat oven and chop the garlic
- First, preheat your oven to 200degC. Then chop the garlic into fine pieces.
Step 2: Prepare the tin
- Take a square baking pan. Add the cherry tomatoes. Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the top.
Step 3: Place feta cheese
- Add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. To coat the tomatoes, lightly mix. Place the feta block in between. Drizzle 1 tbsp of oil over it.
Step 4: Bake
- Place the tin into the oven that has been preheated and bake it at 200degC between 20-30 minutes.
Step 5: Add pasta and garlic
- Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle chopped garlic on top. The tomatoes and cheese should be mashed. Mix well to form a mushy mix. Add the boiled pasta and mix. You can use any pasta you like.
