Frozen Yogurt Bark by Yumna Jawad, Feel Good Foodie
Creates 12 servings
Prep time 10 minutes
Cooking time: 3 hours and 10 minutes
Include your favorite summer fruit to customize the bark according to your preference. (FEEL GOOD FOODIE )
Ingredients:
2 cups of whole milk vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup of granola
Put your yogurt “bark” in the freezer for a couple of hours or overnight, and wake up with an icy treat perfect for hot summer evenings. (FEEL GOOD Foodie )
Directions:
1. Make a line on the baking sheet with a rim of parchment or wax paper.
2. Incorporate the yogurt mixture into the baking dish; then, it should be spread evenly on the baking sheet to fill the shape.
3. Serve with blueberries, strawberries, and granola.
4. In the freezer, place it until the yogurt is set in about 3 hours.
5. Divide into pieces of 12 to 15 and then enjoy cold.
